New, sealed most likely 40 to 50 sheets, but since it’s sealed, I cannot count for sure. The plastic on one end does have a small hole (seen in pictures), but the package is still mostly sealed The single sheet pictured is just so you can see what the sticker looks like and size- you will only receive one roll Be sure to look at the pictures.
